Why should I use a Travel Agent?
A. Travel Agents offer a personal touch to
travel planning. Agents are experienced and
knowledgeable, and we will customize your
vacation according to your specific desires
or requests. We will take care of
everything from plane tickets, to
transportation to and from you resort, to
park ticket, to hotels, etc. As opposed to
piecing together a vacation on the internet,
we will make sure all the bases are covered
before you travel so that you can enjoy a
Worry-Free vacation!
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at 600 S. Rivershore Lane
in “North Channel Center” in Eagle, ID. We
are across Eagle Rd. from the New Hilton
Garden Inn. However, we are relocating in
June! Check back to get the details for
our new location!
Q. Do you charge a fee?
A. If you book a Vacation Package (including
a combination of Airline Tickets, Rental
Car, Hotel, Insurance, etc.), you will not be
charged a fee. The airlines have stopped
paying commission to travel agencies, so if
you book only airlines tickets, we are
required to charge a 10% ticketing fee for
domestic travel and 15% ticketing fee for
international travel in order to run the
tickets. The price you are quoted will
always include taxes and our fee.
Q. What services do you offer?
A. We offer airline tickets, hotel
accommodations, rental cars, travel
insurance, cruises, etc. We specialize in
Vacation packages including a combination of
2 or more of the above. We will be happy to
customize a vacation that will be perfect
for you!
Q. Should I purchase Travel Insurance?
A. Yes, it is a very good idea to purchase
travel insurance, just in case! You can
purchase several different insurance
Policies for your trip. These Policies
range from ones that cover cancellation for
medical reasons only, to policies that cover
cancellation for any reason at any time.
They can also cover everything from Trip
Delay, Medical Expenses, Baggage Loss and
Missed Connections. The insurance will
cover you from the time you purchase it to
the time you complete your trip. Make sure
to ask about what insurance plan is best for
you!

Traveler,
"Why should I use a travel
agent?" As a veteran travel
executive, that's a question I'm
often asked. Today, with the
overwhelming number of sources
for travel information (the
Internet, cable television,
newspapers, magazines,
guidebooks, etc.), it's no
wonder the consumer is
confused. Yet that's precisely
why the services of a
professional travel consultant
are more valuable than ever.
In
January, the television news
magazine, 20/20, reported
the results of a test in which
travel agents beat consumers at
uncovering the best airfares.
However, it is much more than
the "lowest fare" that provides
the compelling argument for a
good travel agent.
The best
thing an agent can do is to
match up a traveler with the
vacation that's right for them.
The professional travel
consultant builds relationships
with their clients to learn
their interests and lifestyles,
as well as their dispositions.
Below is a
list of some of the important
services, which are either
provided free or for a nominal
charge, by travel agents:

Distilling the product
information: Through an
on-going and time-consuming
process of familiarization,
continuing education and
customer feedback, the agent
