I'd like tell you a little about myself and how I came to love this industry so much.

My travel career began 18 years ago when I chose to follow my heart and attend Travel School in Miami Beach, Florida, instead of pursuing a career in law. My first position was with American Airlines where I worked in reservations and at the airport. 

As time went by, I began to miss my home and family in beautiful Eagle, Idaho, and decided I wanted to come home to the farm! So in 1991, I returned to Idaho and began working with Mr. Anderson at Anderson Travel. We had two offices in Boise; one in Park Center one at 5-Mile and Overland, which I managed.

When Mr. Anderson decided to sell the agency in 1993, I knew I had to take advantage of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and bought the agency. It has now been 14 wonderful, crazy years since then! I have the opportunity to work with clients that I love in an industry that couldn't be a better fit for me. I love to travel and explore new parts of the world, and having a career where I can share that love with my clients has been an incredible experience.

We've seen a lot of changes in the travel industry, and I have learned that the secret is to be willing to adapt to it and embrace it. Something great always comes from progress! I love having the opportunity to travel, and being a professional travel agent is a perfect fit for me because when I travel, I honestly can't wait to visit all the hotels and attractions and really check them out! Then I can share what I have learned with my clients. I love my clients...they are the best around!
